Worth pointing out that Zimbabwe's SuperSport Series match against Lions (28-31 October in Bulawayo) clashes with the 1st and 2nd 'A' ODIs against Sri Lanka 'A' (28 October in Bulawayo, and 29 October in Harare). Two likely outcomes of that: the 28 October match against Sri Lanka 'A' will need to be postponed, cancelled or played elsewhere (Bulawayo Athletic Club, maybe?), while with ZC having undertaken to play their strongest possible side in the SuperSport Series, if the matches go ahead they'll have to play a weaker side (Zimbabwe 'A'?) against Sri Lanka 'A'. No news on what ZC will do - I'm just speculating, after looking at the fixture lists - but they'll have to make a decision soon...

I think zim A playing against SRILANKA A can be better solution , otherwise srilanka A team can be made to wait for 4 days.
Don't know that making Sri Lanka wait would be an option - depends on how long after the end of the series they'd been planning on staying in Zim. If rescheduling the two clashed games would mean they had to stay longer than planned, then accommodation and flight changes become expensive.
My money's on them playing Zimbabwe 'A'...
well right, so i think that can be good chance for little younger to show thier potiential against srilanka A and let big boys to do job against lions.
Considering how good South Africa have been with regards to Zimbabwe, Zim should be obligated to play their best team.
For Sri Lanka A, well, there is an also an obligation to play your best team against them to. They didn't have to tour Zimbabwe, but they did...
Moving the SL A games would be the best outcome, in my opinion. Is there any time in the days before the Lions game for a one-dayer?
If it was to be played at another venue, there is BAC and perhaps even Emakhandeni which is also in Matebeleland, which supposedly has some good facilities.
Problem seems to have solved itself - the Lions match has been postponed, and by the looks of it Zim's participation is in doubt again. Check this news article.
